This policy sets out how ionyxmarkets ("we") collects, processes and safeguards personal data when you use and platform. Our role is the data controller for these data.
Data collected. Names, emails, nationalities and comparable identifiers plus verification files mandated by law. We also keep: transaction and trade logs, technical logs and support chats. EU/UK lawful bases: performing the contract, legal duty, and legitimate interest.
How we use data. Operating your account, settling positions, meeting regulation, fraud prevention, and platform security, and opt-in product updates with one-click opt-out.
Sharing. Data goes only to operating vendors (custodial, payment, identity), regulators on lawful demand, and de-identified analytics. Personal data is never sold.
Storage & safety. Retention lasts through account lifetime and statutory windows (often five to seven years for trades). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in motion plus ISO 27001-checked access governance.
Your rights. Viewing, correction, export, erasure and objection rights can be exercised by emailing [email protected]. Replies respect statutory deadlines.
